Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchased items. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly refund or exchange them, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items are returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase.

In-store purchases will be refunded based on the till slip or recalled transaction (if loyalty card was used).

If you do not have your till slip or a store is unable to recall the transaction where a loyalty card was used for the purchase. 

Items are refunded at their current system price. 

For hygienic reasons refunds or exchanges will not be given in the following instances:

  • Earrings for pierced ears.
  • Underwear (excluding bras and underwear tops).
  • Beauty products where the packaging has been opened.
  • Jockey underwear (both ladies and men).
  • Baby hardware (Bottles) in opened  packaging or where the safety seal has been broken
  • Swimwear
  • Umbrella’s

Gift cards are non refundable
